"Cooking is about passion, discipline, knowledge through formal education and experience."

Throughout my culinary journey, I have competed in prestigious events such as the Malaysian Skills Competition, Penang Battle of the Chefs, and Salon Culinaire Malaysia, earning numerous medals and accolades.


For the past 15 years, I have been dedicated to culinary education, sharing my expertise with aspiring chefs and shaping the future of the industry. Additionally, I have traveled extensively to promote Malaysian cuisine and products, showcasing the rich flavors and culinary heritage of Malaysia on an international stage.


Currently, I hold the position of Vice President for both the Gastronomy Association of Malaysia and the World Association of Masterchefs.
